does anyone know the name of this blue patchwork quilt and shams??? I know it is an old RL pattern but long discontinued..do you know how many hits you get for “Ralph Lauren bedding” on ebay..wow! hoping i will stumble upon it in TJMaxx (for Drew’s big boy bed)BUT that may be a longshot.. in the meantime i bought this and it will work but for some reason i cant let go of the blue checks;;

Note: this nusery/toddler room is from Susie Brennan of Dallas, Texas in a 2000 BHG publication..Susie also had a great layout in BHG’s DIY mag about the same time..we love her right Windy?!;;

    i’ve looked for you, but i have no clue. .. when you do it, please post it. my son is going to have the same room. . . we already have a few robert tino prints of black bears, and i’ve found a bed that i’m somewhat designing everything off of. i have an old martha steward comforter i’m going to use, and i’ve been looking for rustic pillows to add to the bed. i’m so excited to see this room as well. i want it rustic. . .woodsy. .. my oldest son’s nursery was in a “bass pro shop” theme as well….

    anyways. . .i hope you find it, and i would LOVE to see what you do when you are finished!

    I think it may be the “Fallon” line. According to this website I will link, it coordinates with the “Shelter Island” line. I can’t seem to find it anywhere else though. Maybe you can contact that website and they can provide you with better info.
    Good luck!I am such a fan of your work.

    You have the best taste! Not convenient, but quite excellent. Will definitely keep my eye out for this pattern for you. (Chicagoland)

    Wonder if calling a Ralph Lauren outlet might be useful?

    Just found your blog today and saw your post about the blue and white checked quilt. It is currently being sold at Kohl’s and I believe is in the line they carry by Ralph Lauren. I bought this quilt last summer, but I just saw it at my Kohl’s this month. If you don’t have one nearby, you can order it online.

    Hi
    The bedding available at Kohl’s in ’07-’08 was from the Polo line, similar but not nearly as high quality as the original Ralph Lauren Fallon quilt which was sold in higher end stores in 1999.I do have the two shams in VG condition and would consider selling them.They are exceedingly rare and I have never seen them on ebay. The quilts are occaisionally listed and sell in the $400 range for the King.

    Just reading through your blog! I had this ralph lauren check bedding back in 2000 when we first got married…bummer I don't still have it, I would totally just give it to you…let me make absolutely sure that I don't…hmmm…I'll go check the basement!

    Heather,
    I believe your kind offer of the quilt is intended for Holly but I did also receive it as I had a post on this topic. I would LOVE to have this quilt, I am ALWAYS looking for it.If anyone knows where I can buy the original Ralph one, (not the Kohl's knock-off) kindly let me know.Thanks!!
