I have been in love with this room since it was published in 2007..i love how Trenna Lange used pink with red and the punches of robin’s egg blue..I think I am tired of PINK all PINK girl rooms..dont get me wrong, I still like pink but nothing says little girl to me like a pair of red mary janes and RED CHECK!..i hope to get this rest of this article scanned and posted soon (before I lose the article) if someone has it already, please pass on..

and if you have any Heather Chadduck rooms not posted here, i would love to share..I am not sure where she will land once Cottage Living folds but I am sure it will be great..maybe she will infuse some life into Southern Living or Country Home but I bet she will end up at Domino or somewhere similar..let me know if you hear??

I am so upset… is Cottage Living closing up shop? I am crushed- this is my absolute favorite magazine! UGH!
(Love this room, too, and have it still in my stash somwehere… I heard Home Companion is going out, too. Is that true?)

Looking forward to seeing where Heather Chadduck ends up…it seems to me SL has had a bit of an identity crisis maybe she could help revive them. I saw a good bit of red and aqua out there this Christmas and was really drawn to that color combo…very crisp and fun!

Since Heather lives in Birmingham, Alabama and Southern Living is located there maybe she will land there. SL needs a shot in the arm. I used to be a long time subscriber but it lost it’s charm for me.

So sad that 2 of my fav shelter mags are no more. I got my notification from CL that my remaining subscription would be filled with Sunset. No word from Home Companion yet.

I loved this room also! I can’t bear to get rid of my Home Companion magazines so I have it in my stash somewhere. I’m hoping against hope that MEHC doesn’t fold also. sigh.

This is a very pretty room. It is so sad to have this and other magazines go under.
