I am thrilled with how this has turned out for the nursery..Kim at Small Words is really great to work with..check out her cute site here. As the little girl on the old Ethan Allen commercial says, I think this “will tie the whole room together” troublesome brown rug and all.
And God is so awesome because while i have been working on my baby boy’s nursery, I’ve also been helping a friend prepare for a baby GIRL..awesome how i got to use a lot of ideas I had in Miss Ruthie Clare’s new room..I cant wait to meet her and see if she approves;; {note to design “experts” YES i realize there is a TON of STUFF on Miss RC’s walls BUT the mama wanted it ALL, i tried to sneak a few things back in my bag and she would not let me take away a thing..MORE IS MORE!}
I just noticed how I used brown polka dots in both rooms..funny.

I just found your blog. What a find! I love your style. I think are also the only person not related to me that loves Johnson Brothers. I chose it as my every day china because I have a few old pieces. My great-grandfather brought a set home for my great-grandmother. He loved it, and she hated. He used it every time he made dinner.
Thanks!!!
Reese
