Hello! You may not get this comment as I know this is an old post, but I had to leave one to tell you that my husband and I are the current tenants of this house! It has been our first home together as well, like you. I came across your blog after googling our house address, and just had to leave a comment for you. Chuck is the BEST, and he still decorates it up for Christmas each year (doesn’t clean our shower, however – I laughed when I read that because it sounds soo like him). He is the sweetest man. We are moving out this summer after 2 years here, but we’ve enjoyed our time in this tiny, little house!

Hi Holly – just found your blog via Big Mama and was browsing old posts. You’ll probably never even get this comment, but I love this old house! Our honeymoon house in Waco was a ~400 sq ft garage apartment behind a 100 year old mansion on Columbus Avenue. We stayed there for FREE in exchange for helping out around their house. Those were fun times!

What a sweet place!! It looks like it has so much character! The gravel driveway is perfect. I love it to pieces. A solid marble shower…Oh my lands, I am drooling. Now, I naturally wish I knew what the inside looked like. My newlywed nest was no where near this amazing! Sweet, sweet place for y'all's story to have started. )

I was loving this home just based on the pictures, but love it even more with the story behind it. So precious. What a beautiful place to begin marriage. Chuck seems like a dream come true….I could use a Chuck about right now;)
