The John Derian website is beautiful…i mean really, images from his store like this…

If i was going to NYC this fall (which I am not but i like to daydream), his two stores would be TOP on my list.  Such a collection of artists he has there it seems, like the Hugo Guinness linoleum cut prints in vintage frames pictured above, plus my lust for his decoupage pieces.  It’s like a gallery in addition to his own original work.  And did you know he now has a furniture line..yep, WILDFLOWER in Austin has it so i might have to take a peek the next time I am there..love their store.

I just love how even his website is like a collage. Even after the Target thing he still seems so handmade and artisan, love that.  But until I can afford one of his huge decoupage pieces, and since I gave away most of the Target stuff I scored (Ok i kept the coasters, and mugs and home sweet home tray)…this FOUR DOLLAR wrap will satisfy me in the meantime thank you very much, hello artwork for the new dining room! It is sold here, on this website under ephemera, not in Target stores. I think Target had some tissue but no large pieces of wrap.  Interesting.

I love theCavallini wrap but i adore this too..I might mix them in the room.
