Oh John! John Derian at Target

I was blessed to see it early. yes blessed….just innocently roaming the aisles at Target mid-week, and what did I see..the new John Derian line right before my eyes and EARLY… yes they put it out early at my Target! (just the tabletop, i saw the frames and housewares in cardboard boxes about to go out, you know i was dying to rip into those boxes) You roll your eyes, but it felt like a special little gift. Ok maybe a bit dramatic, but I do really like the new line..much better than his first round in my opinion..i love the natural history botanical feel and the price..oh the price..$2.99 and up! But many things are in the $2-6..love it! Like the plates..oh the melamine plates..

Practical enough in their plastic-ness to use in my outdoor dining room and pretty enough to hang on the wall!

Everything is plastic/melamine except the mugs of course.

You know you love a coffee mug when you take it outside and photograph it! And the trays, love the Home Sweet Home, I mean its oval and the colors are so fall and rich…the animal tray is fab too..and there is a feather tray…can’t believe I didn’t get the feather tray but I had to leave something for the other shoppers right.

Thanks for the heads up at Target Holly, I haven’t been to ours in awhile but I see a trip in my very hear future. I just have to have a few of the ladybug plates.

Love that home sweet home tray! What is the plate pictured with the knife, spoon, and fork? Is it a dessert plate? I love the yellow border on it. Have you seen Target’s line of canisters with the numbers and the numerical appetizer plates? I thought they were precious.

LOVE LOVE! Lucky girl. I was actually thankful (may be a first) that my son gets up so darn early. I figured maybe I would get a good pick of the online target stuff at 6 am

An old co-worker of mine was good friends with John Derian. I didn’t have the guts to ask if he could get me his cute Target stuff! I have one real John Derian plate (it was a gift), but I am so in love with his Target line! We just moved to Brooklyn, and we have a Target now (they just put one in Manhattan…I lived without Target for 5 long years!), so maybe I can find it? The search begins!!!

dont think so but i bought the plates and now its all on sale..very cute.they def have trend watchers trolling the blogs and places like pottery barn!
